CPIP is a Romanian NGO that has been cooperating with the correctional ecosystem, civil society actors, educational and employment stakeholders for 20 years, bringing lifelong learning opportunities to people who live and work in prisons. With a broad network in Europe and beyond, CPIP is putting EU Flagship initiatives on the map (such as Pact for Skills, Centers of Vocational Excellence, Just Transition, Digital Education Hub, etc.). They strive to bring professionalisation opportunities to practitioners working in and with prisons, taking advantage of the opportunities brought by the European Learning Model, micro-credentials and recognition of prior learning.

The Village of Hope, established in 2000 by the Bishop Märt Vähi and his son Andrew Vähi, is a non-governmental organisation which operates in public interest and with an aim to help people with an alcohol or substance use disorder with withdrawal, rehabilitation and return to society. As reentry support for those who are released from prison - NGO Village of Hope, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice - offers counseling and accommodation services (including premature release and persons under probation supervision). This helps prevent a person's reoffending and their development of knowledge and social skills that will enable them to return to society more successfully. The aim is for the liberated to become self-reliant members of society.
