By promoting collaboration and sharing best practices through the RESCALED Knowledge Workspaces, the WOMEN project seeks to improve conditions for incarcerated women and enhance their opportunities for maintaining integration with society.

This four-year European collaboration, led by CPIP Romania, unites 24 partners to address evolving needs of the staff within the correctional ecosystem.
RESIZE enhances a more dynamic approach to staff development through micro-credentialing, certification, and recognition of prior learning, equipping correctional professionals with the skills needed to navigate systemic changes across Europe. As one of only eight Blueprint Alliances selected by the EU, RESIZE emphasizes a more humane and effective approach to detention, promoting detention houses.

INSPIRE is a collective learning process about detention houses and the dynamic interaction with their local urban, economic and social context. What are good examples of restorative justice in relation to detention houses? How can a detention house be implemented? How can a detention house finance itself through a social enterprise? And how do we empower and amplify the voice of lived experience throughout the implementation process?

WISH EU stands for Working in Small Scale Detention Houses in Europe. In March of 2022, a consortium of CSOs (De Huizen, Restorative Justice Netherlands, FARAPEJ, RESHAPE and Prison Insider) came together for this two-year project. This European project, funded by the European Commission, aims to support the implementation of small-scale, differentiated and community-integrated detention houses or facilities in Europe.
